Dear Sharioteers,

Due to the occasional system glitches that we suffer while developing new features on our apps, we have decided to create this guide to explain what to do in various scenarios while waiting for our Customer Service Officers to assist you via the Customerly live chat.

If you have been directed to this page, it is because we are currently experiencing high volume of chats on customerly and we are unable to attend to you right now. Kindly follow the steps based on the scenario you are facing accordingly.

In the event that you have been wrongly overcharged, don’t worry and we perform the applicable refunds accordingly as soon as we have verified each claim.

Vechicle Not At Designated Lot

We are truly very sorry that the vehicle that you have booked is unavailable. We will assist to compensate from our end after we verify.

Kindly upload the photos of the empty lot into Customerly live chat and we will penalize the previous inconsiderate driver accordingly. Kindly also provide us with your booking ID as well .

Unable to Start Trip

If you are unable to start your trip, kindly upload all images of your vehicle and follow the below steps to generate a one-time pin code to start the trip.
(A) the front, rear, left and right side photos of the car in the designated parking lot
(B) the petrol gauge showing minimum balance of 1/4 tank full
(C) your selfie with the vehicle

Please send a WhatsApps message in the following format.

For car plates starting with odd number, send message to +65 88310189

For car plates starting with even number, send message to +65 88315184

The touch keypad is usually installed inside the driver seat front windshield glass corner (above the IU). Click on the digital circle directly with a single finger outside the glass. The blue LED lights up, indicating that the digit number has been input. Release the finger to enter the next digit password. After input all the password digits, press the “#” to finish the input, if the blue LED flash 3 times, it means the password is correct, if the red LED flash 4 times, it means the password incorrect.

The LOCK function, it is not necessary to input password, just press and hold “#” key .
Press the “#” key with finger till the blue LED flash 3 times, release the touch pad, the system will lock the door and enter armed state.

Please repeat the above steps if your one-time pin code does not works. You may use this one-time pin code throughout your entire booking duration.

Unable to End Trip

If you are unable to end your trip, kindly upload the following photos and provide us with your Booking ID, lock the car (see lock car instructions ) and we will assist to end the trip from our end.
(A) the front, rear, left and right side photos of the car in the designated parking lot
(B) the petrol gauge showing minimum balance of 1/4 tank full

Please do not worry about the late charges.

Lock car instructions
1. The touch keypad is usually installed inside the driver seat front windshield glas s corner.
2. The LOCK function, it is not necessary to input any password, just press and hold “#” key .
3. Press the “#” key with finger till the blue LED flash 3 times, release the touch pad, the system will lock the door and enter armed state.

Unable to Extend Trip

If you are only able to extend an additional 15 minutes instead of perpetually, the system has issued only allow a max extension of 15mins.

Alternatively, you can place another booking to continue with the vehicle.

If you decide to make a new booking, do remember to click the “End Trip” button for the first trip before the booking time ends, to avoid late penalty charges. Followed by, click “Start Trip” button for the 2nd booking. Not to worry, you can end the trip from wherever you are for the first booking and can skip the before pick-up pictures for the 2nd booking.
